1. Computer with power and internet connection
2. All humans to leave me the heck alone. I can't type and speak at the same time. Yes, my responses are quick mutterings. That's because I'm a bard who is futilely attempting to get off a water breathing or return spell. I don't want to look at the pictures of baby cheetahs. Yes, they're cute, but they aren't really that different from any other pictures of baby cheetahs. Now if you show me kitties in funny positions, during boot, THEN I'll appreciate it. And no, Mom, I'm not hungry either, I'm fat enough already.
3. My kitty is nice to have next to me if it's asleep, otherwise leave me alone too. Both of you. I SAID PLAY NICE!!! Whaddya mean you wanna go out the front door? Why'd we bother building that ramp to the cat door?!
4. Caffienated soda. No food, like I said, I'm fat enough already.
5. It'd be nice to have a combination sofa-bathroom or something. Then I'd never have to get up.
6. No, Grandma, I don't want to go look at the squirrel on the birdfeeder.
7. Gah. Wet cat. Somebody else deal with it.
8. ARRRRRRRRGH!

~ A wish list of all the eq items you're unwilling to help kill things to obtain.

~ A complete lack of appreciation of the time and effort of those who do go after difficult monsters

~ The complete lack of scruples needed to overprice things that are easy to get but have a legitimate lock that higher-upbies are disgruntled over

~ The patience to idle for hours at a time for the people needed to start a party to show up and get your stuff properly enchanted

~ The political savvy to avoid inviting people that hate each other's guts for some small trifling offense that, chances are, you were once also guilty of but dare not remind them for fear of also being unreasonably despised and shunned.

2. About twenty other programs/windows running/open in the background while you wonder what the smell of burning computer is coming from.
3. A hammer, for when your computer slowly collapses and refuses to turn back on.

1. Some sort of alcoholic beverage.
2. Plenty of cigarettes for regen (or anytime, if you can smoke inside).
3. Pencil/pen and paper for writing out directions.
4. A caffine IV drip for extended playing time.
5. An empty catheter bag (see nums 1 and 4)
6. A sticky note reminding you to blink occasionally.
7. Last but not least, an internet connection that DOESN'T suck.

1. Two 2-liter Diet Cokes (the drink, not the drug, although I do drink diet coke for the wonder drug inside, caffiene*)
2. Money to send in to get my guild level up
3. Alchemist friend to sell me dual fire enchanted axes
4. A castle to store said axes in

*I'm not addicted to caffeine, I can stop whenever I want, and if you say otherwise, my level 20ish dragon fighter will pwn your ugly butt.

Not to rain on the parade or anything, but that is when Rayzam will have the fans in hand. There are still two additional things which need to happen:
1. Rayzam needs to find time in his schedule to replace the fans, and
2. Rayzam and Al need to go over the server to determine if there is any additional hardware, software or database damage. I won't be terribly surprised if the game is Wizard Locked for a day or so after the server is up. (But hopefully the website will be up thru most of that process...)

There is still a non-zero probability that the server will be restored to service during or after the East Coast RetroCon...

- Copy of all of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio show (Nice farming background noise.)

- Schoolwork (Regen)

- My glasses (Have to see to play, ya?)

- Chair of some sort

- Something to rest my feet on.

For me, however:

2-Liter Bottle of Mountain Dew or Orange Soda
Bag of something crunchy and yummy. funyuns preferably
Open window and NO running fan
Doom level editor running in background for lulls in activity
Internet browser with something to look at. (Generally Homestarrunner, or Furry *cough*pron*cough* art) To keep me from getting bored during regen

Mountain Dew and Homestar... If you're a true fan you know that's not going to end well.
